Campers will take part in a wide variety of age appropriate recreational, educational and vocational activities.
These include arts & crafts, board games, movies, baking, field days, dance, martial arts, volleyball, basketball, kickball, water days, guest speakers, and more!

Summer Camp will be open for 8 weeks beginning on Monday, June 10 through Friday, August 2, 2024.
Hours of Operation are 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Registration fee: $ 100.00 (Non-refundable)
Includes: one (1) camp shirt, one (1) camp bag, & three (3) camp IDs
Weekly fee: $225.00 (No daily rates available)
Includes lunch and all scheduled activities (excluding optional Field Trips)

1. What are the hours of operation?
Summer camp is open Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 5:30pm.

3. What is the camp fee?
Registration Fee - $100.00
Weekly Rate - $225.00
We do not offer daily rates.
4. What are the ages/grades of campers?
Boys and Girls 3 - 12
3 year old campers must be fully potty trained.
5. Are the groups co-ed and/or divided by age?
Groups are separated by age. The average group size will be 15 campers.
6. Can I register my child for Crusader Summer Camp if they don’t attend St. Louis Covenant School?
Yes.

8. How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made at any time online via our shop, or cash in-person on the first day of each week.
9. Do camp fees need to be paid in one payment or can we make partial payments?
Partial payments are not allowed at this time. All payments are due prior to the first day of the current week. Campers will not be allowed to attend camp until the current week’s dues are paid in full.
10. Is there a sibling discount?
Yes, the sibling discount applies to the weekly rates - lowering it to $200 per child.
11. My child has a medical condition that requires medication. Where should I include this information?
Please indicate any allergies or medical conditions on the registration form. Medications must be submitted to Veronica Gonzalez or Alexander Gonzalez clearly labeled with the camper’s name and instructions for use.
12. What should campers wear?
Campers should come to camp in comfortable clothing such as long shorts and sneakers. Campers should also pack a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen (if needed), sandals/water shoes (for water days only) and swim goggles (optional). Please make sure that all camper belongings are clearly labeled with their names in their camp bags. Additional change of clothing can also be packed in the bag.

All campers are fully responsible for any cell phones or electronic devices they choose to bring to camp.
Although not strictly prohibited, cell phones and electronic device use in general is discouraged. Any inappropriate use of said devices will result in confiscation, and items will be returned to a parent at the end of the day.
Crusader Summer Camp (N.Y.V. Summer Camp) and its staff will NOT be held responsible under any circumstances for any lost or damaged electronic devices.
